Subject: Framework server upgrades

Dear Partners:

The framework server is being upgraded with Oracle patches and web page revisions. The server should be operational again by tomorrow afternoon. Another set of revisions should be made next week with the ArcView Internet Map Server view of the whole framework cadastral database. Thank you for your patience.

In the course of making web page updates, I found that the project status report mailed out two weeks ago was for August. So I have attached the November status report presented at the last meeting.
